  Easy to use site. Teachers may create their own classroom website showing homework, special events, etc. Cost is $25/yr or $2.50/mo. Teachers may also create their own webquest for free!

  This site has webquests for all subjects. We are always being told to integrate technology into our lesson plans, so here is a great resource for doing that.

• Free Typing Game

  This website would make a great learning station. With games and exercises to build and improve student’s typing proficiency it is also a lot of fun.

• Microsoft Template Home

  Microsoft has templates for calendars, brocures, posters, and much more!

• 2008 Calendar template

  This template is in Power Point—and therefore you can change the size to include a picture.

• Jefferson County PowerPoints

  This is a link with premade PowerPoint presentations for all ages and subjects. What a FIND!!

• Videos by computer

  Watch videos online for free! Amazing resource. Just put in the movie you are looking for—and this site will connect it to you in streaming form for free!

• Center for Applied Research in Educational Technology

  This is the grant program associated with ISTE. It should helpful if you want to apply for a technology grant for your school or classroom.

• International Society for Technology in Education

  This is the ISTE, an organiztion that helps teachers bring technology into the classroom. There is a yearly membership fee, but you can look at some resources without being a member.

• Kidz online Tech training

  Kidzonline is a valuable source for all kinds of technology ideas for teachers! They offer video lessons on using power point, Front Page and other technological skills. Great resource!
